TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t go to this location if they were handing out free ice cream. Filthy is an understatement for this establishment. Needs to be shut down EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!! When I was ordering my ice cream one of the employees who was fixing it leaned over to another employee and said, "wow the ice cream is really soft and proceeds to laugh about it". The flavor I ordered did not come with nuts and guess what? My strawberry shortcake flavored ice cream had NUTS all through it. Went back inside to get a refund because my strawberries were freezer burned and the employee tells me we use frozen strawberries to preserve them. I said yea, but that doesn’t mean they should break like ice. Close this place down immediately!!!! I will be calling the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

May 17th was my 1st ever experience having Cold Stone. My husband & I had ice cream in a waffle cone. He bought it out to the truck & it was stale (The ice cream was good). He went back in & cashiers told him nothing could be done because he took the product outside. I took our receipt & went inside to speak to the manager. I told her what was going on & asked her 3 times to taste the waffle cones that she said was made the day before. She refused. She agree to give us a medium cup of ice cream to compensate us for the $20.00 that my husband had just spent there!!! They will NEVER get another dollar of ours again. The waffle cones should be kept in a cool, dry place. Moisture from the air is making them stale, & the girl that made our cups said they had been made 2-3 days before vs the manager's 1 day before statement.

Bad And Stale Waffle Cones, And Didn't Want To Give Me My Money Back. Had To Send My Wife In There To Resolve The Issues. Definitely Not A Place To Take Your Family For Ice Cream.

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars but since I can’t, I’ll just say that this is the worst Coldstone ever. They need a visit from the health department. The freezer hardly works as all the ice cream is melted, they have limited flavors, and the limited toppings they have look as though they’ve been in the jars since the beginning of time. There doesn’t seem to be any adult supervision/management and the store is filthy. If you want ice cream, save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
